Delivery & Returns

How does delivery work?

✔︎ We use UPS for most of our deliveries, and currently only deliver within the United States of America. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. 

When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. UPS will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery from Wetpets is on its way. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so that we can follow up with UPS. 

Do you have a returns policy?

✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love Wetpets. However, if you do not find the aquarium suitable for you, we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition. If the product is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your Wetpets aquarium, please email our team at sales@wetpets.co with your order number, name and the reason for your return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns at this time. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns (for both refunds and exchanges).
